From signup to payment, step by step
You start by creating an account and verifying your identity once, a one-time step that takes a few minutes. After that, you add the details of your client and the work: what you are delivering, for what use, and in what format. There is no monthly subscription and nothing charged until your client has paid.
Once the invoice details are confirmed, PANORAMA payments issues an invoice from a US company. The client receives it and pays by ACH or wire to a US bank, in US dollars. The client can be in any country that is not under sanctions, and the invoice can be issued in one of eleven currencies. After the client pays, PANORAMA payments deducts one platform fee and pays you in your own country by bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets, depending on where you live.
What your client sees
Your client receives an invoice from a US company, so their accounts payable process is entirely domestic. They pay a US bank by ACH or wire, in dollars. If they need tax documentation, IRS Form W-9 is available on request. The client does not need to sign up for anything or learn a new system.
The payer can be a company or a private individual, and they do not have to be American. The invoice can be issued in their preferred currency, as long as it is one of the eleven supported, but the payment itself is always received by the US company in dollars. This keeps things simple for the client and for you.
Getting paid where you live
After the client pays, PANORAMA payments transfers the money to you, minus one platform fee. There is no additional charge, no monthly subscription, and nothing is taken before the client has paid. The fee is a single deduction shown before you send the invoice.
You choose how to receive your payment: bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets, depending on your country. The money arrives in your own currency if you prefer, and you never need a US bank account.
Your taxes and PANORAMA payments
PANORAMA payments does not give tax advice and is not your employer. You stay responsible for declaring and paying taxes on your income at home. The service provides a way to get paid, not a tax solution.
Because the invoice is issued by a US company, your client may treat their payment as a domestic expense, but that does not change your tax situation. You should keep records of your earnings and consult a local accountant if you have questions. PANORAMA payments does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
