PANORAMApaymentsUS
US invoicing and settlement

Your client pays an American company. You get the money, wherever you are.

The invoice goes out from a US company, with the W-9 your client’s accounting department will ask for. They pay by ordinary ACH or wire. You take the money out to your bank, to Wise, or in USDT. One fee from 7%, and the paperwork comes with it.

1You issue

Describe the work and the amount. The invoice goes out in your client’s language, with US bank details on it.

2They pay

They receive an invoice from our US company with its applicable US tax documentation. You remain responsible for your own tax forms and obligations.

3You withdraw

Bank transfer, Wise, or USDT on TRC-20, ERC-20, TON and Solana. You choose the route before the first payout.

How it works

Three steps between finishing the work and holding the money

None of this depends on where you live. Your client makes an ordinary payment inside their own country, and everything after that is our job.

1

You issue the invoice

Describe the work and the amount. The invoice goes out under an American company, with US bank details on it and a W-9 whenever the client asks for one.

2

Your client pays at home

ACH or a domestic wire, from their bank to a bank in the same country. No international transfer, no unfamiliar counterparty, no exception for their finance team to approve.

3

You take the money out

The amount reaches your balance less one fee. Withdraw it by bank transfer, Wise, SEPA in euro, or USDT on the network you prefer.

Payout routes

Four ways to take the money out, and you choose

Choose the route before your first payout and change it whenever you like. Which routes are open to you depends on your country, and you see the answer during registration rather than after it.

USDT and Tether, said plainly

USDT is a token issued by Tether and pegged to the US dollar: one USDT is meant to be worth one dollar. It travels over TRC-20, ERC-20, TON and Solana, arrives in minutes, and does not wait for a banking day or for the weekend to be over. For a lot of people it is the shortest route between an American client and a local exchange.

It is not a bank deposit and no state insures it. If it does not suit you, or your country makes it awkward, take a bank transfer or Wise instead. Nothing about the invoice changes.

Cost and timing

One fee, and a schedule you can plan around

One fee from 7%

The standard rate is 10%. Volume, a dealer arrangement or a partner code bring it down to 7%. It covers issuing the invoice, the documents that go with it, and the payout itself. No monthly charge, nothing for keeping the account open, and nothing at all for an invoice that never gets paid.

A few days, end to end

A wire usually lands the same day and ACH within one to three business days. Once confirmed, the net amount completes the hold period shown below before it becomes withdrawable; an open complaint pauses release.

Timeline: invoice sent on day zero, the client pays, the balance is credited the same day, payout in one to two days by bank or in minutes in USDT.
Why through an American company

The paperwork is half the product

Instead of invoicing them yourself

A direct foreign invoice means a W-8BEN, an international transfer, correspondent bank charges, and an accounts payable team making an exception for one supplier. Through us it is a domestic payment they have made a thousand times.

Comparison: a direct foreign invoice broken up by W-8BEN, cross-border fees and delays, against one clean domestic payment through a US merchant of record.

What their accounting receives

An invoice from an American supplier, a W-9 on request, a service agreement and a receipt. Everything they need to close the month without writing to you.

Send your first invoice today

Registration takes minutes and costs nothing. You only pay when an invoice gets paid.

For clarity: services are deemed accepted after 7 business days from the invoice date unless the payer reports a defect in writing. Confirmed funds remain on hold for 10 calendar days and are released if no complaint is open.

For freelancers and studios outside the United States

Your client is in the US. Your bank is not.

The work is agreed and the invoice is ready, and then the client's finance team asks for a US tax form, or their bank will not send an international transfer, or the money lands three weeks later, short, with nobody able to say why. It is not your fault and it is not theirs. It is what happens when a small supplier abroad bills a company that only knows how to pay American suppliers.

1

You issue the invoice here

As an individual or as your company. The invoice reaches your client from PANORAMA payments, an American company, with the US tax form their accounting department is going to ask for already attached.

2

Your client pays an American company

Your client contracts with and pays a US-registered company that issues the invoice, by ACH or domestic wire. That company provides its applicable US tax documentation; you remain responsible for your own tax forms and obligations.

3

You are paid where you actually live

Bank transfer, SEPA, or the local rails your country actually uses. We keep 10%. Confirmed funds become withdrawable after the configured hold, provided no complaint remains open.

We work with verified contractors across more than a hundred countries. Verification happens once, before your first invoice.

When we need people ourselves, we look here first

PANORAMA payments also takes on software, web and systems work under its own name. When a project needs more hands than we have, the first place we look is the contractors already verified on this platform: the same checks, already done. Registering is what puts you in that pool. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and does not stop you invoicing your own clients through us in the meantime.

Questions people ask before signing up

Who is this for?
Freelancers, contractors and small studios outside the United States who have clients in the US, Canada or the EU. Design, development, marketing, video, translation, engineering, accounting. The field does not matter. The payment problem is the same one.
Do I need my own company?
No. You can work as an individual. The invoice your client receives is issued by a US company, and you are paid for your services under an agreement with that company.
What does my client actually see?
A normal invoice from a US supplier, with US bank details and a payment link, and a W-9 if their accounting asks for one. They never deal with your country's banking system.
How much does it cost?
10% of the invoice. No subscription, no fee for issuing an invoice, and nothing charged for an invoice that is never paid. With a partner or dealer code the rate is lower, from 7%.
How long does it take to start?
Registration and the verification questionnaire take about fifteen minutes. Verification happens once. After that an invoice takes a couple of minutes.
Do you hire contractors yourselves?
Yes. We take on software, web and systems projects under our own name, and we bring in independent developers and studios verified here when a project needs more people. Being registered is what puts you in that pool. There is no separate application and no exclusivity. We cannot promise anyone work; we can say where we look first.

One page per country: the local currency, the payout routes that actually work there, and what your client’s accounting asks for.

Have a US client and a signed order?

We can come in as your subcontractor: the client stays yours, and our engineers deliver the work under your contract.

Working with clients in the United States?

PANORAMA payments can stand between you and your US clients as the contracting party. The agreement, the invoices and the settlement run through our American company, so your client deals with a domestic supplier on familiar terms while you get on with the work.

Engineering

When a client needs the team, not just the invoice

Six areas, each with a page of its own: what the work covers and who it is for.

A vetted engineering bench

Alongside our in-house engineers we bring in independent developers and IT companies verified on our own platform. Every specialist is identity-checked and contracted through PANORAMA payments, so you sign with one American company and we answer for the result.
