How WordPress work is sold and billed
You likely sell a custom theme, a plugin, a migration, or a maintenance retainer. Buyers in the US include local businesses, publishers, and agencies that manage WordPress sites for their own clients. The work is delivered remotely, and the billing terms are agreed before you start.
Billing is usually straightforward: a fixed price for a defined project, a recurring monthly amount for ongoing work, or tracked hours invoiced weekly or monthly. The work itself is clear; the payment path across borders is where friction appears. Maintenance work is small and frequent, and a transfer fee that is large relative to the invoice makes little sense.
How PANORAMA payments works for your WordPress projects
You register once and verify your identity. For each invoice, you describe the client and the work as you normally would. PANORAMA payments issues the invoice from a US company, so your client receives a standard American bill. The payer can be a company or a private individual, in the US or in any country that is not under sanctions.
The client pays by ACH or wire transfer to a US bank, in dollars. They can request a W-9 form if their accounting requires it. The money is received by the US company, and then PANORAMA pays you in your own country.
What your US client sees
From your client's side, this is a domestic transaction. They receive an invoice from a US company, payable in US dollars to a US bank account. No international wire, no foreign currency, no extra paperwork beyond what they already do for American vendors.
Your client does not need to sign up for anything. They pay the invoice as they would any other. If they need a W-9 for their records, PANORAMA provides it on request. You do not need a US entity or a US bank account yourself.
Getting paid in your own country
After your client pays, PANORAMA deducts one platform fee and sends the remainder to you. Depending on your country, you can receive funds by bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or in dollar-denominated digital assets.
There is no monthly subscription and nothing is charged before the client has paid. The platform fee is the only deduction. You remain responsible for your own taxes at home. PANORAMA does not give tax advice and is not your employer.
