Your Swift code, their domestic payment

You build the app, deliver it on TestFlight, and wait through review cycles. When the client approves, you want your invoice paid without another round of international friction. With PANORAMA payments, a US company issues the invoice, your client pays domestically in dollars, and you receive the money in your own country, in your own currency, minus one platform fee.

Your Swift code, their domestic payment

What this looks like for you

You ship a build on TestFlight, you push the App Store submission, and then you wait through review cycles. Your invoice is ready, but the client has not signed off, and your payment is stuck. PANORAMA payments removes that dependency. When you register and describe the work, a US company issues the invoice to your client. They pay domestically in dollars, whether by ACH or wire, on their normal schedule. After one platform fee, you receive the money in your own country via bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets. No subscription, nothing due until the client pays.

01iOS development: fixed price for App Store submission build

An example line, not a real invoice. Your own wording, amounts and currency go on the document itself.

Where the money sits in an iOS project

You hand over a build on TestFlight, push an App Store submission, or deliver a Swift codebase with watch and iPad targets. Billing is usually tracked hours invoiced weekly or monthly, or a fixed price for a defined piece of work, sometimes split across stages. The work is done, but the client's review process can stretch for weeks. Approval often comes long after the last commit.

That gap between shipping and sign-off is where invoices wait. You might have delivered everything, but your invoice sits while the client tests, requests changes, and eventually agrees the work is finished. Getting paid on time should not depend on a review cycle you cannot control.

What a US client expects from an invoice

American companies have a routine for paying contractors. They pay in dollars, from a US bank account, usually by ACH or wire. They may ask for a W-9 form. When you are outside the US, you cannot provide that form yourself, and your bank details are foreign. That friction can delay payment even after the work is approved.

PANORAMA payments fixes that by issuing the invoice from a US company. Your client sees a domestic invoice, pays in dollars to a US bank, and can get a W-9 on request. The invoice can be issued in US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Canadian or Australian dollars, Swiss francs, or another supported currency, but the money is received by the US company on your behalf. The client does not have to be American; any client in a non-sanctioned country can pay this way.

From registration to payment in your own country

To start, you register with PANORAMA payments and verify your identity once. Then you describe the client and the work for each invoice. The invoice is issued to the client by a US company, so your client's accounts payable process stays entirely domestic. They pay the US company by ACH or wire, in dollars, and that company receives the money.

PANORAMA payments deducts one platform fee. No subscription, nothing charged before the client pays. The rest is sent to you in your country: bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets. You are not an employee; taxes stay yours.

Your tax obligations remain yours

PANORAMA payments does not give tax advice. You are responsible for reporting your income and paying any taxes due in your country of residence. The platform is not your employer, and the US company that issues the invoice is not hiring you; it is acting as a merchant of record for the transaction.

This setup keeps the client relationship simple on their side, while you maintain full control of your own business. You decide how to handle your tax filings, whether you are a sole trader, a limited company, or something else. The platform simply moves the money and provides the invoice documentation.

How you get paid

  1. 1
    Register and verify once

An identity document and a photograph. It is done once, and it has to be finished before the first payout rather than on the day you are waiting for money.

  2. 2
Describe the client and the work

Who they are, what was agreed, the amount and the currency. The client and their country are screened before anything is sent, so a payment is not refused after the work is delivered.

  3. 3
The invoice goes out from a US company

Your client receives an invoice from a United States supplier, with US banking details and IRS Form W-9 on request. They pay by ACH or wire, domestically.

  4. 4
You are paid where you live

One platform fee is deducted and the rest is sent to you by whichever route works in your country: bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets.

One platform fee of 10% is deducted when you are paid. No subscription, no signup fee, and nothing is charged until your client has paid.

Questions people in this trade ask

Can I invoice a US client if I don't have a US bank account?

Yes. The invoice is issued by a US company, so your client pays in dollars to a US bank account. You do not need a US bank account yourself. After the client pays, PANORAMA payments sends the money to you in your own country via bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets, depending on where you live.

What if my client needs a W-9 form?

A W-9 form is available on request from the US company that issues the invoice. You do not provide a W-9 yourself because you are not a US person. The client receives the form from the invoicing company, which satisfies their accounts payable requirement.

Can I invoice in a currency other than US dollars?

Yes. The invoice can be issued in US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Canadian or Australian dollars, Swiss francs, and other supported currencies. However, the payer always sends money to the US company, which receives the funds. You are then paid in your own country, usually in your local currency or a currency you choose.

Do I have to pay US taxes if I use this service?

No. PANORAMA payments does not withhold US taxes for you, and it is not your employer. You remain responsible for your own taxes in your country of residence. The platform does not give tax advice, so you should consult a local tax professional for your situation.

When do I get paid after my client pays?

After the client pays the US company, PANORAMA payments deducts one platform fee and initiates the payout to you. The exact timing depends on your country and payout method, but there is no additional delay beyond the normal processing time of the payment rail you choose, such as bank transfer or Wise.
