The Way App Development Work Is Sold
You quote a fixed price for a defined piece of work, split it across stages, or charge a monthly retainer for continuing development. The deliverables are concrete: an app submitted to both stores, release builds, a crash-free version after review, and push and analytics wiring. Your client gets a complete product.
The money question sits at the end. Store accounts, signing certificates, and the app itself belong to the client, so your leverage ends at submission. Once the build is in review, you are waiting on payment for work you have already finished.
Invoicing American Clients Without a US Entity
A US startup or agency expects a straightforward invoice. They want to pay by ACH or wire to a US bank, and they may ask for a W-9. PANORAMA payments issues the invoice from a US company, so your client's accounts-payable process is entirely domestic. You send the invoice, they pay in dollars, and the money is received by the US company.
The client does not have to be American. Payment is accepted on behalf of clients in any country that is not under sanctions, and the invoice can be issued in eleven currencies, including US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Canadian and Australian dollars, and Swiss francs. Whoever the payer is, the funds land with a US company.
One Fee, After the Client Pays
There is no monthly subscription and nothing is charged before your client has paid. PANORAMA payments deducts one platform fee from the amount received and then pays you the remainder. The fee is rendered by the page itself from live settings, so you always see the current amount.
You stay responsible for your own taxes at home. PANORAMA payments does not give tax advice and is not your employer. The mechanics are simple: the platform handles the US-side invoicing and payment collection, you report your income as required in your country.
Getting Paid at Home
Depending on your country, you can receive funds by bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or in dollar-denominated digital assets. You choose the method that works for you, and the money arrives in your own currency or as specified.
You do not need a US bank account or a US entity. All you need is to register, verify your identity once, and provide the details of the client and the work. After that, each invoice is issued by the US company, and you get paid after your client settles.
