Invoice US Clients as a Sales Development Rep Without a US Entity

As a sales development representative outside the US, you can invoice your American clients through PANORAMA payments. A US company issues the invoice, the client pays domestically by ACH or wire, and you receive the funds in your home country by bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, or digital assets, minus a single platform fee. No US entity or bank account is required.

Invoice US Clients as a Sales Development Rep Without a US Entity

What this looks like for you

For sales development representatives outside the US, PANORAMA payments turns your client work into a domestic transaction for your US clients. You deliver booked meetings, outbound sequences, cleaned lists, and weekly pipeline reports. You bill monthly retainers, tracked hours, or fixed project fees, often with commission components that make each invoice different. PANORAMA issues the invoice from a US company, your client pays in dollars by ACH or wire, and you receive your earnings in your home country after one platform fee. No US entity, no US bank account, no monthly costs until you get paid.

Why your US client hesitates when you send an invoice from abroad

When you send an invoice from a foreign bank account, the finance team at your US client sees a series of extra steps. They may need to initiate an international wire, which often involves higher bank fees and longer processing times. They have to consider currency conversion if you bill in a currency other than US dollars, and they may need to collect IRS Form W-8BEN to document that you are a foreign contractor. Some companies have policies that restrict payments to vendors outside the United States, or they require additional approvals. None of this means they do not want to work with you. It means their accounts payable process is built for domestic suppliers, and a foreign invoice creates friction that can delay payment or even block the engagement altogether.

This is especially true for sales development work, where you are often an early hire or a contractor helping a company build pipeline. The finance team may not be used to paying an individual abroad for this type of service, and the variable nature of SDR billing, with commissions and performance bonuses, can add another layer of questions. They might ask you to fill out forms, provide tax identification from your country, or suggest using a payment platform they already trust. Each request adds time before you see your money.

When the invoice comes from a US supplier

PANORAMA payments changes the appearance of your invoice. You register once, verify your identity, and describe the client and the work. Then PANORAMA, through a US company, issues the invoice to your client. The client pays by ACH or wire to a US bank account, in US dollars. They can request a W-9 form, which is the standard tax form for US vendors. From their perspective, you are no different from any other domestic contractor. Their AP process stays the same: they approve the invoice, schedule payment, and send it through their normal channels. There is no international transfer, no currency conversion, and no need for them to understand your country's tax rules.

This means you can present yourself as a reliable vendor who fits into their existing workflow. It also removes a common objection when you are negotiating a contract. Instead of explaining how they can pay you internationally, you can focus on the results you will deliver: booked meetings, outbound sequences, and pipeline growth. The client does not even need to know you are outside the US unless you choose to tell them.

Invoicing for the way you actually work

Sales development representatives often bill in ways that create variable invoice amounts. You might charge a monthly retainer for ongoing prospecting, then add a commission for each qualified meeting booked or each deal closed. You might bill tracked hours weekly if you are doing list building and research. Or you might quote a fixed price for a defined piece of work, like setting up an outbound sequence and delivering a cleaned list. Each invoice is a different number, and that number has to be justified. A US client's finance team may push back if they cannot see a clear breakdown of what they are paying for.

With PANORAMA, you describe the work in the invoice line items. You can list the specific deliverables: outbound sequence setup, number of meetings booked, hours of research, weekly pipeline reports. The invoice is issued by the US company, so it looks like a standard vendor invoice, and the line items give your client the detail they need to approve it without back-and-forth emails. You stay in control of the amount and the description, just as you would with any invoicing tool, but the payment rails are domestic.

Getting paid in your own country

Once your client pays the invoice, the funds arrive at the US company. PANORAMA deducts one platform fee, which covers the invoicing, the domestic payment processing, and the payout to you. There is no monthly subscription, and nothing is charged before your client has paid. Then you receive your money in your home country through the method that works best for you: bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets, depending on where you live.

You remain an independent contractor. PANORAMA does not employ you, does not withhold taxes on your behalf, and does not offer tax advice. You are responsible for reporting your income and paying taxes in your country of residence. The service simply moves money across borders without requiring you to set up a US entity or bank account.

How you get paid

  1. 1
    Register and verify once

An identity document and a photograph. It is done once, and it has to be finished before the first payout rather than on the day you are waiting for money.

  2. 2
Describe the client and the work

Who they are, what was agreed, the amount and the currency. The client and their country are screened before anything is sent, so a payment is not refused after the work is delivered.

  3. 3
The invoice goes out from a US company

Your client receives an invoice from a United States supplier, with US banking details and IRS Form W-9 on request. They pay by ACH or wire, domestically.

  4. 4
You are paid where you live

One platform fee is deducted and the rest is sent to you by whichever route works in your country: bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets.

One platform fee of 10% is deducted when you are paid. No subscription, no signup fee, and nothing is charged until your client has paid.

Questions people in this trade ask

Do my US clients need to sign up for PANORAMA?

No. Your clients just pay the invoice like they would any other US vendor. They do not create an account, download software, or change their accounts payable process. The invoice comes from a US company with a W-9 available on request, so it fits their normal workflow.

Can I invoice in currencies other than US dollars?

Yes. The invoice can be issued in eleven currencies, including US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Canadian and Australian dollars, and Swiss francs. Your client pays in the invoice currency, and PANORAMA receives the funds. You can then receive your payout in your home country in your local currency or in dollar-denominated digital assets.

How do I get paid if I don't have a US bank account?

You do not need a US bank account. After your client pays, PANORAMA deducts one platform fee and pays you in your own country by bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or dollar-denominated digital assets, depending on where you live. The available methods vary by country.

What about my taxes?

You remain responsible for your own taxes in your country of residence. PANORAMA does not provide tax advice, withhold taxes on your behalf, or act as your employer. The US company issues the invoice to your client, but you are an independent contractor. You should consult a local tax professional if you have questions.

Can I use this if my client is not a US company?

Yes. The payer can be a company or a private individual in any country that is not under sanctions. The invoice can be issued in major currencies, and the money is received by the US company. Your client still deals with a US entity, which may simplify their payment process even if they are not based in the US.
