The Invoice and Payment Sequence
You start by registering with PANORAMA and verifying your identity once. This takes a few minutes and then you never have to think about it again. After that, you describe the client and the work: the generated images, video, or ad variants you delivered, and the agreed price.
When you are ready to bill, the invoice is issued by a US company. It looks like any other domestic invoice your client receives, so their accounts payable team can process it without special handling. You do not have to chase international wire instructions or explain foreign banking details.
Your client pays the invoice by ACH or wire in US dollars, to a US bank account. Once the payment clears, PANORAMA deducts its platform fee and pays you in your own country, using the payout method you selected.
What Your Client Receives
The client gets an invoice from a US company, with a US address and a US bank account for payment. If they ask for a W-9, PANORAMA can provide one. That means they can treat you as a domestic vendor for tax purposes, even though you are outside the United States.
The payer does not have to be American. The invoice can be issued in multiple currencies, including US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Canadian and Australian dollars, and Swiss francs. Payment is accepted on behalf of clients in any country that is not under sanctions, whether the payer is a company or a private individual.
Because the money is received by the US company, the payment flow is entirely domestic for your client. They do not need to handle foreign exchange, international wire fees, or cross-border tax forms. That keeps their side simple, which means fewer delays and fewer questions.
Getting Paid at Home
After your client has paid, PANORAMA deducts its platform fee and sends the balance to you. There is no monthly subscription, and nothing is charged before the client pays. If a client never pays, you owe nothing.
Depending on your country, you can receive your money by bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, a local account, or in dollar-denominated digital assets. Choose the method that works best for you when you register, and you can change it later if your situation changes.
The amount that lands in your account is what you agreed with PANORAMA at the time of invoicing, minus the platform fee. You always know what the fee will be before you send the invoice, so there are no surprises.
Your Tax Responsibility
PANORAMA does not give tax advice and is not your employer. You remain responsible for reporting your income and paying any taxes due in your own country. The platform fee is a business expense you may be able to deduct, but that is between you and your accountant.
Because the client pays a US company and receives a W-9, there is no withholding on their side. You receive the full amount you invoiced, minus the platform fee, and you handle your own tax obligations as a self-employed professional or business.
