AML/KYC Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Scope
We verify customers, beneficial owners and payout recipients as appropriate to the account type, jurisdiction and risk. We may request government ID, a live selfie for individuals, company registration records, ownership information, a business website or professional profile, and applicable tax forms.
Screening and monitoring
Applications, counterparties, invoices, payment details and transactions may be screened against sanctions, fraud and other risk indicators. Automated analysis assists trained reviewers but does not replace the final human decision.
Restrictions
We may reject, pause or close an account, invoice, payment or payout when information is incomplete, inconsistent, prohibited by law or outside our risk appetite. Where legally required, we may preserve records and report activity to the competent authority.
Updates
Verified users must keep identity, ownership, address, payout and tax information accurate and submit renewed documents before expiry.
