Every freelancer and agency passes KYC identity verification before invoicing. Countries and regions under sanctions are not onboarded, client payments are confirmed by staff before they reach a vendor balance, and newly added payout details go through a holding period before money can be sent to them.

US clients pay to standard US bank details by ACH or wire. After the payment clears and KYC checks pass, PANORAMA payments pays the balance, less one platform fee, to the contractor or agency by bank transfer (SWIFT or SEPA), Wise or USDT, depending on the routes open in their country.

I am a developer in Asia or the CIS. How do I invoice a client in the US, Canada or the EU?

You register on the PANORAMA payments platform, pass KYC and issue the invoice through PANORAMA payments. Your client receives an invoice from an American company with US bank details and a W-9 on request, pays it as a domestic supplier invoice, and PANORAMA payments pays you out over the payout rails available in your country. You do not need to register a company abroad, open a foreign bank account or explain your jurisdiction to the client.

Are there countries PANORAMA payments cannot work with?

Yes, and the rules are shown before you register rather than discovered at payout time. A restricted list of countries and regions cannot be onboarded and cannot receive payouts at all, for sanctions and banking-compliance reasons; US residents are also not onboarded as vendors. For every other country the set of available payout methods differs, because correspondent banks do not reliably settle every rail everywhere. Which methods are open to you is shown before registration and again before a payout destination is saved.

Can I be paid in USDT, and what exactly is USDT?

Yes, USDT is one of the payout routes, alongside bank transfer, Wise and SEPA in euro. USDT is a token issued by Tether and pegged to the US dollar, so one USDT is intended to be worth one dollar. It moves over TRC-20, ERC-20, TON and Solana, arrives within minutes, and does not wait for a banking day. It is not a bank deposit and no state insures it, so anyone who would rather not hold it can take a bank transfer or Wise instead without anything about the invoice changing. Which routes are open depends on the vendor country and is shown during registration.

How long does it take to get paid through PANORAMA payments?

About a week end to end. The invoice goes out on day zero. A domestic wire from the client usually lands the same day and an ACH payment clears within one to three business days. The amount joins the vendor balance on the day it clears. A payout to a bank account then takes one to two days, and a USDT payout takes minutes.

What does PANORAMA payments charge, and are there any other fees?

One platform fee, taken from the invoice when it is paid. It covers issuing the invoice, the documents that accompany it (a W-9 on request, a service agreement and a payment receipt) and the payout itself. There is no monthly subscription, no per-seat charge, no fee for keeping an account open, and nothing at all is charged for an invoice that is never paid. Large-volume agencies can be quoted a lower rate.
