PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC • Last updated: July 2026
PANORAMA SYSTEMS FLORIDA LLC ("PANORAMA payments", "we") provides invoicing, billing and settlement services for independent software professionals and agencies ("Vendors"). Acting as the billing party, PANORAMA payments issues invoices to the Vendor's end customers, receives payments into its US accounts, and remits the net amount to the Vendor after deducting the platform fee displayed in the Vendor's dashboard before each invoice is issued.
Vendors must complete identity verification before issuing invoices or receiving payouts. We may request government-issued identification, company registration documents and tax forms, and may decline or suspend accounts that fail verification or present sanctions, AML or fraud risk. We comply with applicable US anti-money-laundering regulations.
The platform fee (default 10%, or an individually agreed rate) is deducted from each paid invoice. The remainder is credited to the Vendor's balance and paid out on request.
Payouts are executed to a destination the Vendor registers in their account. Available destinations depend on the Vendor's country and include international and local bank transfer, transfers within supported payment services, and settlement in a US-dollar-denominated digital form where bank rails are not available. The full list applicable to a Vendor, together with any per-method limits and network costs, is shown in their cabinet before a payout is requested.
The Vendor is solely responsible for the accuracy of payout details and for their own tax obligations in their country of residence. PANORAMA payments is not the Vendor's employer and does not provide tax advice.
Only lawful services may be invoiced through PANORAMA payments. Invoices for prohibited content, sanctioned parties or jurisdictions, gambling, adult content, weapons, or any activity violating US law are forbidden and will lead to account termination and, where required, reporting to authorities.
Funds received from end customers are held in PANORAMA payments accounts until released to the Vendor's balance. In case of a customer dispute or chargeback, we may withhold the disputed amount pending resolution.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PANORAMA payments's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the Vendor in the three months preceding the claim. Governing law: State of Florida, USA.
