How PPC Work Is Sold and Invoiced
Paid ads work has a rhythm: campaigns built and running, creatives tested, tracking matched to the client's analytics. The deliverable is performance data and the invoice that explains it. Billing is usually a repeating monthly amount for ongoing management, tracked hours at a standard rate, or a fixed price for a defined project.
But many PPC specialists tie their fee to ad spend. That means the invoice amount changes every month, and it has to be explainable on its face. A client looking at a line item needs to see what they paid for, not just a number that moved.
What US Clients Expect When They Pay
American businesses are set up to pay American vendors. Accounts payable teams want an invoice from a US company, a W-9 on request, and a domestic payment method like ACH or wire in dollars. Paying an individual in another country often means international wires, currency conversion, and extra forms.
PANORAMA payments steps into that gap. The invoice your client receives comes from a US company. They pay in dollars to a US bank account. Their process stays the same as paying any local contractor.
From Your Client's Payment to Your Pocket
You register once, verify your identity, and describe the client and the work. For each invoice, PANORAMA issues it under a US company name, in US dollars or one of ten other currencies. The client pays by ACH or wire. The funds land in a US bank.
After payment clears, PANORAMA deducts the platform fee and sends the rest to you. Depending on your country, you can receive money by local bank transfer, SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, or dollar-denominated digital assets. There is no monthly subscription. You are charged nothing until your client pays.
Your Taxes, Your Client, Your Work
PANORAMA is not your employer and does not give tax advice. You remain responsible for reporting and paying taxes in your own country. The payment you receive is your gross revenue before tax, and you handle it accordingly.
The client relationship is yours. You negotiate the scope, deliver the campaigns, and communicate the results. PANORAMA handles the payment mechanics: the US company, the invoice, the transfer. Nothing else changes.
